Claim timelines (Swap Protect)

  • Marked delivered (stolen/missing): file after 5 days, and within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Presumed lost (no "Delivered" status): file after 5 days, and within 30 days of the last tracking checkpoint

  • Damaged: file any time within 30 days of the delivery date
