Returns must be made within 14 days from the day the item was received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, dog hair, smoke or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging.
Final Sale items are NON RETURNABLE. Final Sale items include anything on Sale, Sports Bras and Undergarments.

- Enter your Order Number and Zip Code. Click “Start Your Return.” If you do not have that information, you can click the link to start your return with an email.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Submit your return request
- Check your inbox for an email with a QR code.
- Bring your item(s) and QR code to any Happy Returns location.
- No boxes or return labels are needed for Happy Returns.
- If you are doing an exchange, the system will create a new order once your return has been processed.
- If you do not have a Happy Returns location near you, follow the option for "Returns by Mail" to print a label to send the item back to our warehouse.
Returns at a Happy Returns Bar
- There is a limit of 9 items at a Return Bar location. If you need to return more items than that, please use Returns by mail.
- For all items processed through Happy Returns, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
- A $7.50 return processing fee will be deducted from any refunds back to an original payment method.
Returns by Mail
Select the item(s) you want to return and choose one of the following two options:
- Go printerless. If you don’t have a printer handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they’ll print the label for you.
- Print a return label. Place the packing slip inside and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Drop it off at the nearest post office, FedEx or participating Walgreens store.
- Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
- A $7.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns by mail.
You won’t be charged if:
- You’ve received an incorrect or defective item.
- You’re shipping an item in the same package as an item you’re sending in for an exchange.
